Personal coaching

What I do as a coach

My intention as a coach is to enable you on your path toward an authentic and fulfilled life. The basis of my practice is to provide an open and nurturing environment in which transformation is possible. I listen deeply with my mind and body based on the principles of presence, compassion, clarity, honesty and non-judgement. Furthermore, my goal is to enable safety, confidence, gratitude, resilience and abundance. The ultimate aim is to empower you to take control of your own life, to become resilient and to enable self-leadership.

What does the coaching process look like?

Before the first coaching session we have a meeting or call to get to know each other and briefly explore what the current topic is that we could work on. In this first meeting we also clarify the expected effort and organisational framework of our cooperation: time, duration, frequency, location and costs. We will also determine whether coaching is the adequate approach to the topic and whether I am the right coach for you. From my experience it usually makes sense to do at least six coaching sessions for strong and sustainable results.

How much does coaching cost?

I offer a sliding scale from 90 to 150€ per hour depending on your income. I can also acommodate a limited amount of solidarity places, so if you really want to work with me but cannot afford 90€ write me a message and we can see if we can work something out.
